If you use the contact form, we receive the information you choose to provide: name, email address, company or organization, project type and message. If you contact us directly, we process the information contained in that correspondence.

The hosting platform may also process limited technical information required to deliver and protect the website, such as request data, IP address, browser or device information, timestamps and diagnostic logs.

Information is used only where necessary to operate the website and communicate about a potential or existing project.

The website is hosted on Vercel. Vercel Web Analytics provides aggregate website statistics without third-party cookies, while Speed Insights measures real-world performance metrics. When contact email delivery is enabled, Resend processes form submissions for delivery to vachihai@gmail.com. The email provider used for the receiving inbox also processes the resulting correspondence.

These providers process information under their own security and data-protection arrangements. Their infrastructure may involve processing outside Romania or the European Economic Area, subject to the safeguards made available by each provider.

The website does not currently use advertising cookies or cross-site marketing trackers. Vercel Web Analytics is configured through its standard privacy-focused implementation and does not use cookies.

Your light or dark theme preference is stored locally in your browser so the website can remember your choice. This setting is not used to identify you and can be removed by clearing the website data in your browser.

Enquiries and related correspondence are kept only while they are useful for responding, evaluating a possible project, providing agreed services or meeting legitimate administrative and legal needs. They are reviewed and deleted when no longer necessary.

Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect information. No internet transmission or storage system can, however, be guaranteed completely secure.

Depending on the applicable data-protection law, you may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information, restriction of processing, data portability or an objection to certain processing. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it for the future.
